The way back

If a jar turns back

Returns follow the retail partner rules attached to the order. This page explains where that path starts and the one quirk of surprise toys worth knowing first.

Where returns actually happen

The return process lives in the retail partner account under the order: eligibility windows, condition rules, labels and money-back terms are all theirs to state and theirs to run. What the order page says about that specific purchase is what applies, and this site cannot open, speed up or influence a return.

The surprise-toy quirk

A revealed Jellykin is a used Jellykin. Once water goes in, the toy expands, the seal is gone and there is no restoring the jar to sold condition. Return questions are simplest while the jar is still sealed; a reveal that disappointed is usually a trading opportunity rather than a return, which is why the crew log has a duplicates row.

Damaged or wrong on arrival

A cracked jar, a missing item or a wrong listing in the parcel is a straightforward case for the retail partner return path, ideally with photos, soon after delivery. Manufacturing defects in the toy itself can also go to Spin Master via the contacts on the packaging.
